Rautz Marc is a Director of Operation Risk Management at Prudential Financial supporting the Annuities business. In this role, he supports different business groups in understanding their business’ objectives, identifying risks, evaluating controls, monitoring issue resolution and reporting activities to senior leaders. He supports several functional areas such as Actuarial and Finance.
Prior to joining Prudential, Rautz spent two years at KPMG, in their Financial Service group, performing assurance services for Asset Management, Real Estate, and Private Equity clients. Rautz received his undergraduate and master degrees in Finance from Temple University.
Rautz is currently the President of National Association of Black Accountants-Philadelphia Chapter. He resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife and two sons.

Brandi J Morris is a Senior Auditor at Beneficial Bank where she conducts Internal Audits primarily in Retail Operations and Residential Mortgages in conjunction with the bank’s annual Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) testing. Prior to joining Beneficial Bank, Brandi has worked for TD Bank’s Internal Audit Credit Services Division and has 10 years of banking experience.
Brandi graduated from Strayer University with a Master’s degree in Accounting. She is currently working on obtaining her CPA certification.
Brandi joined the NABA Philadelphia chapter in July 2009. She served as the Elections Chair in 2010 and has served on the professional membership’s board in 2011 as the Assistant Treasurer. For two consecutive fiscal years, 2012 and 2013, Brandi served as the board’s Treasurer. Currently, she serves as the Awards Banquet Chair and looks forward to honoring and recognizing all of the great accomplishments throughout the year during our Annual Awards Banquet Celebration.

Diamond Lipscomb is an experienced associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) within the firm’s Assurance practice, where she provides auditing services to companies within the Asset Management industry, inclusive of mutual funds, hedge funds, and investment management firms. Diamond is also actively involved in PwC’s West Chester University Alumni Network and recruiting efforts and in the firm’s Earn Your Future initiative which focuses on educating young people in financial literacy.
Diamond graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance. She has been an active member of NABA for several years, serving previously as the Assistant Corresponding Secretary of the Philadelphia Chapter of NABA, and is currently the Corresponding Secretary of the Philadelphia Chapter of NABA and the professional liaison to West Chester University. Diamond has also participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Philabundance programs and in various educational and community outreach events in support the Philadelphia chapter.
Jesse Rhodes, CISA

Jesse Rhodes is currently employed with Target Brands, Inc. and served as President of NABA’s Philadelphia Chapter.
Meshael Jones is currently serving as the Assistant Treasurer for NABA Inc., Philadelphia chapter. She is an Actuarial Analyst at KPMG LLP, working in the Actuarial and Insurance Risk Practice. She is currently pursuing her Fellowship with the Casualty Actuarial Society. Meshael graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Actuarial Mathematics in 2013. She is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated in which she serves on the local and state level. Meshael has a passion to give back and invest in others.
Chantee Steele is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Deloitte’s Regulatory and Compliance Advisory Practice. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance in 2013. Chantee has been with Deloitte for 3 years and serves financial service clients. Chantee is very active in NABA and joined in 2009 during her undergraduate years in the Drexel Chapter. Chantee joined the NABA Philly chapter in July 2013. She has served as the FY 2014 Elections Chair, FY 2015 Parliamentarian and FY 2016 Community Relations Chairman.
Kimberly Crite currently serves as the Chair of ACAP Philadelphia. She is currently employed as a senior tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Wealth Management Tax Services Group. She graduated from Temple University with a BBA in Accounting. Kimberly looks forward to empowering the youth to reach their highest potential, no matter the circumstance, through her role of leading the ACAP Program.
Leah Coston, CPA
Leah Coston is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania and a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a major in Accounting and minors in International Business and Spanish. She is currently employed as a Manager within the Audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, servicing clients within the consumer and industrial products industry. Throughout her time at PwC, Leah's primary focus has been audits of public and private manufacturing, retail, and utilities companies. Leah has been a member of the Philadelphia Professional Chapter since 2011 as a general member. She was voted the “2012 Member of the Year” due to her work within the Community Relations Committee. She served as the Director of Community Relations for FY ‘14 and FY ’15 and the Corresponding Secretary for FY’16. Leah is excited to serve on the board as the Parliamentarian.

Ka’lah Johnson is an Experienced Associate within the Risk Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Since joining the firm in 2014, Ka’lah has focused on providing Internal
Audit Services to her clients, which includes SOX implementation consulting and Internal Controls
Assessments. Ka’lah is a graduate of La Salle University, where she obtained her Masters of Business
Administration. After serving two years as the founding chapter president for the La Salle University
NABA Student Chapter, Ka’lah is currently serving as the Director of Student Member Services for the
Philadelphia Local Chapter.

Victoria is a certified public accountant (CPA) who works as a financial reporting analyst at Axalta Coating Systems, which is headquartered in Philadelphia . Prior to joining Axalta, she was a Senior Associate in the audit practice at KPMG Philadelphia. She attended Delaware State university where she studied and obtained her Bachelor of Science in accounting and went on to study at Temple University where she received her Master’s in Accounting. Victoria has been involved in the NABA Philadelphia chapter since 2010 and has served in various roles since then.
Asst. Corresponding Secretary
Aleisha Ivey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is currently employed as a Senior Consulting Associate at RSM US LLP in their Financial and Accounting Outsourcing group. In this role, she provides financial analysis and reporting to clients in the professional services, non-profit and life science industries. She graduated from Howard University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and Villanova University with a Masters of Accounting. Although she has been involved with NABA for many years, this will be her first year serving as a board member and she is excited take on the role of Assistant Corresponding Secretary.
Teka is a certified public accountant (CPA) who works as a Senior Internal Auditor at Impax Laboratories, a pharmaceutical company. Before starting at Impax she worked as a Senior Associate in the audit practice at KPMG, LLP. She graduated from Penn State University in December 2011 with a Bachelors’ and Masters’ degree in Accountancy. Teka served on the NABA ACAP committee in FY’16 and is serving on the NABA Philadelphia Executive Board as the Recording Secretary in FY’17 in addition to the ACAP committee.

Mea Parks is an associate at Prudential Financial. She has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Mea brings a considerable amount of insurance expertise, organizational planning experience, and community service to her role as the Director of Social Activities for NABA’s Philadelphia Chapter. In addition to her current role, she provides exceptional client services and leads several company initiatives to boost morale throughout the organization. Mea graduated from Temple University where she received a B.A. in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship. She recently obtained her MBA at La Salle University in Business Management with a focus in Finance. Mea holds FINRA series 6 and 63 licenses as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.
Jeff, a certified public accountant, currently works as a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”), where he specializes in audits of financial statements for asset management firms. As an advocate for youth, Jeff has volunteered with two non-profit organizations; Operation Hope and Junior Achievement in the Philadelphia area. Through fostering financial literacy, he helps to educate, empower, and inspire inner city youth by teaching them the “language of money”. Jeff serves on the board for the Philadelphia chapter of NABA (National Association of Black Accountants, as the Director for Professional Education. Jeff also serves on the associate board for City Year Greater Philadelphia.
Jeff is a 2012 honors graduate of Drexel University, where he received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. While a student, Jeff served as the NABA Drexel Chapter co-president for two years (2010-2012). During his tenure, Drexel NABA facilitated innovative events such as “Entrepreneurship & Motivation” and was the recipient of an award from Drexel Lebow college of Business for record attendance at its annual marquee event.
Jeff loves to travel, is a passionate basketball fan, and enjoys playing when he can.
Darrell Pacheco is a Financial Advisor in Vanguard’s Personal Advisor Services (PAS). In this role, he provides comprehensive financial advice and ongoing investment management for high-net-worth individual clients and families. He has served on the board of trustees of Dickinson College and presently sits on the alumni council. Additionally, he serves on a non-profit board as the Director of Community Relations for NABA Philadelphia, Inc. Darrell received an Associates of Arts degree with Honors in Business Administration from Northampton Community College. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Departmental Honors in Political Science from Dickinson College. In addition, Darrell holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and a Certified Financial Planner, CFP®, license.
Arthur M. Ayres
Arthur M. Ayres is a senior manager at KPMG's Audit practice primarily serving clients in the government and not-for-profit industry. Prior to joining the KPMG he spent 2 years at Eisner LLP (New York) and 8 years at the American Foundation for the Blind. He has been with KPMG since October 2006 and currently serves as the lead for the African American Network in Philadelphia. Arthur graduated from Medgar Evers College with a BA in Accounting/Entrepreneurship in 1993 and a MA in Economics from Brooklyn College in 2004. He is a licensed CPA in NY, PA and DE. Arthur joined the NABA Philly chapter in 2008. He served on the Resource Development committee since FY14, and is serving as the chair for that committee in FY17.
Christine Jones is now the Financial Manager for Temple University Libraries. She received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking & Finance from Bowie State University, and is currently enrolled in the Adult & Organizational Development masters program at Temple University. Christine has over 10 years of extensive finance & accounting experience within the Non-Profit, Public, and Private sectors. After volunteering with NABA on the Awards Banquet committee for two years, she will now serve as Chair. Christine plans to continue to make this event a successful one.
James Dillion is an Experienced Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP within the firm’s Assurance practice. He is currently serving as the Director of Professional Membership for the second consecutive year.
Eman Abdel-Latif is an Experienced Associate in the Financial Due Diligence group at PwC. She has been involved in NABA since 2013 and previously served as the Student Member Services Vice Co-Chair. Eman currently serves as the Professional Membership Committee Co-Director.
Natasha Springer is an Investment Accountant at BNY Mellon in addition to her role as Treasurer of NABA Philadelphia. She has been actively involved with NABA since her time at Temple University where she graduated with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting. In addition, she also holds a masters degree in Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University. Natasha is currently a Level 1 CFA candidate. Last fiscal year, in 2016, she has served as Assistant Treasurer. Natasha is honored to continue to serve on the board of NABA Philadelphia.
