Brandi J Morris is a Senior Auditor at Prudential Financial where she conducts Internal Audits primarily in US Business Operations . Prior to joining Prudential, Brandi worked for Beneficial Bank's Internal Audit Department.
Brandi graduated from Strayer University with a Master’s degree in Accounting. She is currently working on obtaining her CIA certification.
Brandi joined the NABA Philadelphia chapter in July 2010. She served on the chapter's executive board in several positions including Elections Chair (2011), Assistant Treasurer (2012), Treasurer (FY2013 and 2014), Awards Banquet Chair (FY2015 and 2016) and 1st VP in 2017. Darrell Pacheco, CFP
Darrell Pacheco is a Financial Advisor in Vanguard’s Personal Advisor Services (PAS). In this role, he provides comprehensive financial advice and ongoing investment management for high-net-worth individual clients and families. He has served on the board of trustees of Dickinson College and presently sits on the alumni council. Additionally, he serves on a non-profit board as the Vice President for NABA Philadelphia, Inc. Darrell received an Associates of Arts degree with Honors in Business Administration from Northampton Community College. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Departmental Honors in Political Science from Dickinson College. In addition, Darrell holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and a Certified Financial Planner, CFP®, license.
Immediate Past President
Rautz Marc is a Director of Operation Risk Management at Prudential Financial supporting the Annuities business. In this role, he supports different business groups in understanding their business’ objectives, identifying risks, evaluating controls, monitoring issue resolution and reporting activities to senior leaders. He supports several functional areas such as Actuarial and Finance.
Prior to joining Prudential, Rautz spent two years at KPMG, in their Financial Service group, performing assurance services for Asset Management, Real Estate, and Private Equity clients. Rautz received his undergraduate and master degrees in Finance from Temple University.
Rautz is currently the Immediate Past President of National Association of Black Accountants-Philadelphia Chapter. He resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife and two sons.
Aleisha Ivey, CPA CGMA
Aleisha Ivey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is currently employed as a Senior Consulting Associate at RSM US LLP in their Financial and Accounting Outsourcing group. In this role, she provides financial analysis and reporting to clients in the professional services, non-profit and life science industries. She graduated from Howard University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and Villanova University with a Masters of Accounting. Although she has been involved with NABA for many years, this will be her first year serving as a board member and she is excited take on the role of Corresponding Secretary.
Teka Johnson, CPA
Teka is a certified public accountant (CPA) who works as a Senior Internal Auditor at Impax Laboratories,
a pharmaceutical company. Before starting at Impax she worked as a Senior Associate in the audit
practice at KPMG, LLP. She graduated from Penn State University in December 2011 with a Bachelors’
and Masters’ degree in Accountancy. Teka served on the NABA ACAP committee in FY’16 and FY’17
and is serving on the NABA Philadelphia Executive Board as the Recording Secretary in FY’18 in
addition to the ACAP committee.
Rachel Hooks, CPA

.Rachel Hooks is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and works as a Senior Financial Analyst in Consolidations at Pfizer, Inc. As the Global Markup Regional Lead for North America and Puerto Rico, she manages monthly intercompany submissions, detailed analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet (I/C markup reserve) and financial reporting. She has over 10 years of Accounting and Finance experience in different capacities for multiple industries. Hooks graduated from The University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, minor in Spanish and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. She is the Creator/Director of C. L. Ratliff & Company, a program that prepares high schools students for the workforce and college. As an active member and now Assistant Recording Secretary of the National Association of Black Accountants Philadelphia chapter, the motto “Lifting as We Climb”, speaks to her passion of giving back.
Meshael Jones is currently serving as the Treasurer for NABA Inc., Philadelphia chapter. She is an Actuarial Analyst at KPMG LLP, working in the Actuarial and Insurance Risk Practice. She is currently pursuing her Fellowship with the Casualty Actuarial Society. Meshael graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Actuarial Mathematics in 2013. She is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated in which she serves on the local and state level. Meshael has a passion to give back and invest in others.

Kimberly looks forward to empowering the youth to reach their highest potential, no matter the circumstance, through her role of leading the ACAP Program.

Chantee Steele is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Deloitte’s Regulatory and Compliance Advisory Practice. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance in 2013. Chantee has been with Deloitte for 3 years and serves financial service clients. Chantee is very active in NABA and joined in 2009 during her undergraduate years in the Drexel Chapter. Chantee joined the NABA Philly chapter in July 2013. She has served as the FY 2014 Elections Chair, FY 2015 Parliamentarian and FY 2016 Community Relations Chairman.
Resource Development Director
Rodney Newton is an Information Security professional in Wells Fargo’s Internal Audit department. Prior to joining Wells Fargo he spent 5 years at DSSP Consulting where he serviced several Department of Defense clients, including the Defense Logistics Agency, the Army, and the Navy. Rodney graduated from Rosemont College with a BS in Accounting in 2002 and later an MBA in E-Commerce in 2003. He holds several information security certifications including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Rodney joined the NABA Philly chapter in 2016 and currently serves as the Resource Development Director.

Mea Parks is an associate at Prudential Financial. She has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Mea brings a considerable amount of insurance expertise, organizational planning experience, and community service to her role as the Director of Social Activities for NABA’s Philadelphia Chapter. In addition to her current role, she provides exceptional client services and leads several company initiatives to boost morale throughout the organization. Mea graduated from Temple University where she received a B.A. in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship. She recently obtained her MBA at La Salle University in Business Management with a focus in Finance. Mea holds FINRA series 6 and 63 licenses as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.

Christine Jones is the Financial Manager for Temple University Libraries. She received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking & Finance from Bowie State University, and is currently enrolled in the Adult & Organizational Development masters program at Temple University. Christine has over 10 years of extensive finance & accounting experience within the Non-Profit, Public, and Private sectors. After volunteering with NABA on the Awards Banquet committee for two years, she will now serve as Chair. Christine plans to continue to make this event a successful one.
